“Ordained ministry has been a gift and an honour: to serve, work with, learn from and grow alongside the people who make up this community.“ Sarah became a Christian as an adult. While working for the Jewish Christian Muslim Association, Sarah followed to her a rather surprising call to ordained ministry by enrolling in a theological degree with the University of Divinity in 2010. As a life-long seeker, Sarah is interested in the interconnections between faith and contemporary life. How does the Jesus story speak into our yearnings, fears, concerns and joys? How might the Jesus story speak into/alongside our political and social landscape, other belief systems, contemporary science, art and thought? Where and how might the journey of faith offer healing in our relationships, communities, and environment. Sarah loves a dance at Five Rhythms (when she can get there!) world music and sitting outside in the sun with a good book.
